Union New Energy Engineering Technology (UNE) is a powerful union incorporated in China by several companies that are leaders in their respective industries. UNE focuses on oil & gas process and petrochemical industry, including oil refinery, natural gas, coke oven gas and hydrogen purification, liquefaction and synthetic utilization.

UNE has implemented more than 320 projects valuing 30 billion USD in China, USA, Europe and many other countries. UNE also successfully implemented many projects of green energy including biomass power plants and solar energy.

Besides undertaking EPC of projects in oil & gas, petrochemical and green energy, UNE also researches and develops new technologies and equipment in these industries. 

Certification

Members of UNE have first class design qualification for chemical engineering, as well as design and consulting certification for petrochemical, pharmaceutic industry, construction engineering, city gas engineering and heat engineering approved by construction department from government and National Development and Reform Commission. Members of UNE hold design certification for pressure vessel and pressure piping.

UNE is capable of engineering design, consulting and contracting in industries of oil and gas, pharmaceutical, green energy, chemical and petrochemical. UNE also engae in technology R & D and equipment manufacture, sales, import and export.

Key business of UNE include:

- EPC of LNG, CNG, SNG production from coke oven gas;
- Design and EPC of crude oil refinery;

- EPC of green energy production including biomass power plant and solar energy;
- Design, manufacture and EPC of various of gas purification plant;
- Technology and equipment manufacture for coal gas gasification, purification, synthesis and separation;
- EPC of LPG and petrochemical refinery.

In addition, UNE has successful project experience in oilfield gas purification, LPG recovery, LNG, CNG and SNG production, synthetic ammonia, urea, compound fertilizer, ethylene glycol, hexanediol, pharmaceutical intermediates, synthesis of phosgene and melamine.

Members of UNE has won many awards in carbon removal from transform gas, hydrogen production, food grade high purity carbon dioxide devices, methanol and ammonia decomposition to produce hydrogen, removal, desulfurization and deacidification etc. 

UNE has achievement in:

- More than 80% market share of gas purification in LNG/SNG/CNG industry in China; 
- The first to build a LNG factory with production capacity of 150 thousand cubic meters per day in 2008 in China, using a number of our own patented technologies;
- The first to design, manufacture and successfully implemented natural gas production process and equipment from coke oven gas of 1 millions of tons of coking production capacity plant, with own intellectual property;
- On the basis of experience in long-term operation of normal pressure fixed bed gasification technology, UNE is implementing pressurized fixed bed gasification equipment and circulating fluidized bed gasification technology in several projects.
