Equipment Set for Gas Purification, Compression and Liquidation

UNE masters multiple technologies to produce liquefied natural gas from different raw materials, and can provide full set of equipment. UNE has plenty of project experience in LNG production.

1. Production of LNG from natural gas purification 

Technology overview:

The acid gas, water and heavy hydrocarbon of natural gas must be removed from natural gas before liquification. According to difference of composition and liquification pressure of natural gas, production of LNG from natural gas purification consists of following units or their combinations:

- Acid gas (CO2, H2S, HCN) removal unit;
- Sulfur and mercury removal unit;
- Dehydration unit;
- Heavy hydrocarbon removal unit (we have patented technology on this).
 
Technology characteristics:

- Our proprietary activated MDEA formula can realize high deacidification performance, CO2≤20ppm, and the lowest can reach 2ppm;
- Low energy consumption;
- Isobaric dehydration technology with high performance and no consumption of regenerated gas;
- Take BOG as regenerated gas, use PTSA adsorption technique to remove heavy hydrocarbon with high performance, heat energy can be fully used, no consumption of raw natural gas.

2. Production of LNG from Coal Bed Methane 

Technology overview:

Coal bed methane is rich of methane, and is particularly suitable for production of LNG. Skid mounted LNG euqipments is easy to move, and is suitable for coal bed methane's characteristics of disperse, small volume and short production period.

Skid LNG equipment is composed of following:

- Compression skid;
- Acid gas (CO2, H2S, HCN) removing skid;
- Isobaric purification skid;
- Liquification skid.
 
Technology characteristics:

- It is innovative technology that replaces the traditional way of using coal bed methane to generate electricity;
- Using coal bed methane to produce LNG complies with the national policy of energy and environment protection;
- Compared with electricity generation, using coal bed methane to produce LNG has the advantages of less process, low investment, and high profit;
- Skid mounted equipment is easy to transport and install, and also reduce pipeline investment;
- We have patented technologies on the skid  equipment.

3. Production of LNG through separation & liquification of coke oven gas(COG)

Coke oven gas is mainly composed of hydrogen and methane, which accounts for 56% and 27% respectively, and of a small amount of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, oxygen, and other hydrocarbons.

Using separation and liquification technology to produce LNG ammonia, methanol and synthesis gas is important indepth usage of coke oven gas.

UNE has dedicated in this filed for years and has achieved significant breakthrough. Our technologies is world leading, and has been used to many projects successfully.
 
Technology overview:

To produce LNG from coke oven gas is to separate methane out and then liquefy it to LNG. The whole process is composed of following units:

- Tar, sulfur, benzene, and naphthalene removal unit;
- Acid gas (CO2, H2S, HCN) removal unit;
- Desulfurization unit;
- Hydrogen separation unit;
- Deep purification unit;
- Liquification unit;
- Product storage unit;

1. Chinese first company to change the traditional way of using methanol or synthetic ammonia in coke oven gas utilization;
