Program Control Valve
We manufacture special pneumatic and hydraulic program on-off valves, which are already widely used in purification of natural gas, coal bed methane, synthetic gas, etc.
Product features:
1. Small size, fast movement, high sealing performance(ANSI VI). The sealing element has 1 million times of life service. Switch speed is adjustable. It also has off buffering function;
2. The fast start and slow off function of the valve avoids strong switch impact, which significantly increased valve lifetime and avoids internal leakage because of sealing face damage due to strong switch impact;
3. The spool and stem of the program on-off valve are connected by universal joint which can spins automatically, and thus avoiding internal and external leakage;
4. External sealing ring is used to fill the vacuum space, which reduce the stem wear-out and environmental impact and further prevent external leakage, making the valve capable of been used in stiff working conditions;
5. Easy maintenance: only seal needs to be replaced.
