UNE Pressured Fixed Bed Boiler
Compared with normal pressure gasification boiler, pressurized gasification boiler has following advantages:
1. Single boiler processing capacity is 20000Nm3/h, 3 times of normal pressure boiler;
2. Remarkable power saving: about 1800kW.h;
3. Steam is fully self-sufficient and have surplus;
4. Output gas need not be compressed and can enter purification process directly.
Pressurized gasification boiler uses following technologies:

Economic value of UNE pressurized gasification boiler
1. Power saving
One boiler can save power 1800kW/h. Suppose that a boiler runs 8000 hours per year, then annual save of power is 1.44x107 kW/h.
2. Compressor investment savings
UNE pressure gasification boiler saves compressor and complementary devices investment. Besides, it saves maintenance cost, reduces fault rate and saves space.
3. Steam saving
UNE pressure gasification boiler produces steam more than its own needs, thus saves steam equipment and ancillary devices investment.
